I stopped in on July 17th to get some information and square away any local back taxes that I may owe. Katie and Linda were immensely helpful about the entire experience. They took care of my issue promptly and professionally. I couldn't really have asked for a better experience. Thank you again.
Years of incorrect billing, awful customer service and exuberant fees earned this buisness one star. I'd give less if possible.
Billing me for someone else's social security number as well as my own! Called twice about it over the last two years and both times the women were very rude and short, as if I was the problem not their book keeping. Both times I was told it was handled. They also tried billing my 15 yr old for a per capita tax.
Sure, just double your fake collection fee because I missed my payment by a month. This company deserves to be shut and down and it's employees fired.
I'd give zero stars for the school tax bills they've been sending to my NY address the past two years, because I'm supposedly living in PA?! Also, zero stars for ONLY sending me bills after they're "late," so they can collect late fees. Changed to 2 stars because we finally got it straightened out by a phone call. The lady was very helpful in canceling the bills and the 2 they were planning to send out later this year!
