Sure, just double your fake collection fee because I missed my payment by a month. This company deserves to be shut and down and it's employees fired.
I'd give zero stars for the school tax bills they've been sending to my NY address the past two years, because I'm supposedly living in PA?! Also, zero stars for ONLY sending me bills after they're "late," so they can collect late fees. Changed to 2 stars because we finally got it straightened out by a phone call. The lady was very helpful in canceling the bills and the 2 they were planning to send out later this year! Garbage company that sends notices even after you pay them.
Taxes that shouldn't exist to start. And then they don't answer the phone. I request an email back on a question and they don't do that either.
