Taxes that shouldn't exist to start. And then they don't answer the phone. I request an email back on a question and they don't do that either.
I'd give zero stars for the school tax bills they've been sending to my NY address the past two years, because I'm supposedly living in PA?! Also, zero stars for ONLY sending me bills after they're "late," so they can collect late fees. We partially got it straightened out by a phone call. The lady was very helpful in canceling the bills and the 2 they were planning to send out later this year! (I don't know how many of me they think there is, but last I checked, I'm only 1 person ) She also promised a refund for the first t... read more
If I could give negative stars, I would. The people you hire use their pointer finger to read.
This is the worse site I have ever used. Until last year I filed online every year and had no issues. Last year I finally printed the forms and sent a hard copy. This year it is even worse. Surely a tax company can come up with a better system than this one. I only gave them ONE star. I didn't want to give them any but I couldn't post without giving at least one.
