Terrible service, well there is none
They somehow made the assumption that I was married to my mother. I guess because we live in the same house? Anyway, they were trying to garnish my wages for local tax they claim she owed to a municipality she didn't live in at the time.
Wish I can rate lower. Absolutely terrible / non existent customer service
So sketchy! I don't understand how they operate. Sent me over to collections the isn't even accredited by BBB. How is it not a scam?
This is the worst company that municipalities could do business with!! They try to charge me for a business privilege tax in a two that I have never worked in. I have spoken with them several times about this, which they respond they don't have any records of. If you have no records, then how do you charge a business a tax....
