Spoke to a woman named Susan over the phone and I'm so sorry but how did she get hired???? She’s incredibly rude, and I’ve worked customer service for years so I’m always extremely careful and polite with anyone over the phone because I know exactly how it feels to be in that position. But I felt incredibly uncomfortable with her lack of respect and communication skills during our conversation.
