They owe me a considerable sum of money. I called in November for a status, on the 26th, and they said that the checks are sent out month end and I should receive it beginning of December. Today is the 10th, I called, it hasn't even been processed. The rep I was speaking to said she would expedite to have my check processed. When I asked for timelines, she couldn't give any.
