This company is a fraudulent business. Their processing fee was 250% of the tax. My tax was $11 and they charged a $25 fee plus an additional $1 fee to pay via the phone. This is unacceptable. This cost was before the tax was even due. I’ll be filing a complaint with the FTC. Businesses like this need to be destroyed and sued out of existence with restitution due to their victims.
They need to end the Berkheimer tax!!! just a way to take our money.

Sent me 2018 tax bill here in 2026. Really? Still waiting on them to respond to my accountant.... maybe another one will pop up in about 8 years
