An absolute disgrace that this ugly housing estate has been built in the heart of a historic park. The poorly finished landscaping and identikit residences surely only attract the most vacuous of people who somehow think that buying a property in a park affords some kind of status. An awful development.
Parking is stupid and not allocated. 🤦♂️ had a leak for the past year and still not resolved. This complex looks stunning but it’s just another facade.
In my opinion, Crass destruction of ancient woodlands and a National Park by Berkley Homes x Enfield Council. Sir David Attenborough has been informing the British public to save the planet and do their part to protect wildlife and indeed our own and future generations existence. GDPR was breached when I made a complaint to the estate management, then someone who works in the development leaked my details to the resident/ who is also a salesman for the same developer. Feedback from ICO/ We have written to the developer about their information rights practices, informing them of our decision that they have not complied with and providing advice about compliance with their obligations.
