Manny was incredibly knowledgeable and even stayed about 45 minutes past closing to give us enough time to finalize everything. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. The entire experience was so comfortable and relaxed that it felt more like buying a chair from a friend than dealing with a store representative. Highly recommend!

Just got home with my “new to me” Steelcase Think V1! This place is very cool and I walked in dead set on the idea that I wanted a Think V2 as I had one previously. Manny was working and helped me look at the Think V1-V3. He was super knowledgeable about all the chairs feature, differences between them and asked me why I wanted a steelcase V2. Since I had one before, we talked through why the V1 was better - he was right! I am super happy with my new chair and the process. Huge thanks to Manny for the help!!
this place has great customer service. i bought a chair but i changed my mind and wanted to exchange it for something slightly more expensive and they let me do it for no extra charge. shoutout to manny nice guy very helpful
