I would absolutely not reccomend Berkely. Andy Caminsky is perhaps the most unprofessional human being I've ever worked with. After dragging me along for months he would use words like "horrible" and "atrocious" to describe my finances. This despite knowing I had the assets to flat out by the house I bought with cash. He also laughed and said I would never get a non traditional lender to give me a cash out re-fi loan in our last conversation. I did get that loan from Lima Capital.
