I simply adore Dr. Skidmore and the staff at the 8731 Katy Freeway office. Everyone is so helpful and caring.
The reason for one star because the bad customer service. Two ladies at the front desk were rude, unprofessional and inpatient, the one facing the entrance door and the one behind her. However, to be honest the doctors, assistants and the technicians are very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the customer service in this location is getting worse even after one year visit. Overall customer service is plummeting
