I’ve interacted with the staff at the Tax Department via phone or in person 4 times this year. All my contacts have been dealt with professionally and I found staff both on phone and in person to be genuinely interested in helping me . I’d like to give my thanks to Sonda who helped process my tax status adjustment. Thank you all for your help.

If there was an option for no stars I would have selected it. The Real Property Management Services are the worst. The supervisors are very rude and they say they are there to help you but they just there to collect your money in anyway they can. They do not care about helping you. I Would not trust local government with anything. Very disappointed what this country has become with government. Overcharging people taxes should be a federal crime. Just got off the phone with a disgusting woman by the name of Talia. I have been to the tax office several times behind the 4% credit. I decided to call today before driving 35 minutes to make sure the last doc they needed was my 2024 tax return. She told me they didn't have ANY docs on file for me. I became very frustrated.
