Went to apply for homestead tax discount. Brought everything the website said to bring. Upon arrival staff were generally rude'ish and asserted artifact requirements that were not listed on the website. Website is generally ambiguous, lacking factual information, not explicit about holistic artifact requirements, and erroneous about some started requirements.
