This was my first time doing acupuncture and I wanted to try it out for my anxiety disorder . I wasn't sure what to expect, except that I was going to have needles in my body so I was nervous. Bina is very nice and listens to what you have to say. The acupuncture has definitely changed my life and my anxiety has been more manageable. Not only did acupuncture help with my anxiety disorder, but it helped with my food allergies/sensitivities as well as environmental allergies. I had mentioned to Bina that I frequently felt bloa... read more
I had an excellent treatment with Bina. I have an old sports injury in my lower back which flares up from time to time – leaving me incapable of standing upright for 1-2 weeks. I went to see her for acupuncture when it was at its worst, and she helped me feel much better in short order. She was professional, very knowledgeable about both Eastern and Western medicine, and explained what she was doing every step of the way. I also really appreciated how she worked with me using several techniques, sticking with it until there ... read more
I had a great experience working with Bina Jangda to help alleviate the allergy symptoms I experience each spring. After a series of perhaps 6 weekly sessions, I have indeed experienced a significant reduction in the allergy symptoms that I would normally be experiencing this time of year. Thank you Bi... read more
Bina is exceptional in the field of TCM and more. She combines her knowledge of TCM and expands upon it going even deeper into the world of herbology which I respect greatly. Her skill set is very honed and it becomes evident that she is a consummate professional. Bina is working wonders on my allergies. She holds enough space to allow one to be, and her personality is soothing and therapeutic in and of itself. I have been to a few different acupuncturists in my time and I would recommend Bina without hesitation.
I have been a patient of Bina's for several months now, and she has transformed the way I think of acupuncture. I have a terrible fear of needles and in the past I have seen acupuncturist that tend to "twist and dig" with their needles, causing me extreme anxiety on my to and during my treatment. She is the extreme opposite of that type of treatment. She knows how to distract me during the needling and has the most gentle touch that I hardly know they are in the skin. I would highly recommend Bina to anyone that wants to try... read more
