I was referred by my family who has gone to this business for decades. Unfortunately, my experience has not been pleasant. I got a "we can fit you in attitude" when I scheduledmy appointment. Then not able to speak with my tax person as needed so I had to take a drive to get my questions answered. Now I have the state needing more information for my refund and can't get a call back for something that is time sensitive. Very disappointed.
The worst front desk receptionist I’ve ever seen.
They've been doing my taxes for 25 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. My taxes are relatively complex and they know what they are doing.
