Lousy customer service. Purchased a jacket in November of last year. I had thought the charges had already cleared my bank. Then I received charges again over 2 months later. I checked my bank account and it looked like they didn’t charge my account. So without any email or notification they charge me again for their mistakes. Good way to take care of your customers. I will not be purchasing anything else from Bergs. Terrible customer service......
Placed an order on December 3rd for a jacket that was to be a Christmas present and they never shipped it. I reached out several times by email and phone and got no response. Finally I got a hold of Sven Berg on the phone and he promised my jacket would ship last week and it did not. Reached out again today and he was a rather rude and not at all helpful and blamed it on Arcteryx saying they are shipping items late. The customer service here is impeccable. It was a real pleasure doing business with these guys. I've received my Mantra m5 and Marker jester in a timely manner. I will be doing business with them again. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏. Thanks again Tim.
So, after entering the wrong billing and wrong shipping address. Going through possible "fraud" alerts from my bank. I had contacted Bergs via text. After multiple texts and most likely causing the sales rep to start drinking. My issues were handled quickly and efficiently. I am now going to shred the Mantra M5 this season. High 5 to Bergs.
Do not buy from this shop. They HARASS DISABLED VETERANS THAT RUN SNOW REPORT PAGES THAT RAISES WINTER CLOTHING FOR DISABLED VETERANS. I wish I was kidding. Their owner on a consistent basis harasses the Veterans of Facebook.com/snowreports.live snowreportslive.com He posts up that we should leave Mt Bachelor, and that we don't belong there.
