Very unprofessional! Bergman doesn’t care about clients. Once he receives his retainer, he does whatever he wants and blames the client when a mistake is made. He is too old to be practicing law. His work is sloppy and his attitude is lazy. Run as fast as you can from this firm!
Robert D. Bergman failed to record the transfer on death on a property I was living in even though he was paid to do so. This caused me to lose my home and all my possessions. When I tried to discuss it off like it was no big deal. This attorney truly does not care
