Hi I am writing about the awesome service I received not once but 3 times with Penelope. She helped me get a great Loan Modification in 2014 with my horrible lender Chase! Then after we did the Loan Mod, Chase did some horriblly illegal things with my loan mod, so we sued & WON! Penelope is a PITBULL! U need her in your corner! Then recently in 2018/2019 Chase did some unsavory things with my 2nd loan. We sued them and WON BIGTIME & settled the 2nd for pennies on the dollar...so NO 2nd LOAN! She doesn't take NO for an answer... read more
