I’ve used their tax service for a number of years and the provider has been efficient and accurate. During COVID, they switched to a drop-off service for annual tax preparation,. The company has maintained this drop-off model for four years now. A virtual option works if the value remains the same. What I liked about in-person appointments was the walk-through of my taxes and the chance to ask questions.
