We were new to the area and looking for help with tax prep. He was late filing them, so we had to pay a penalty. Now, 3 years later, we were audited and found to owe additional taxes due to improper tax prep (~$800, with ~$150 of penalties and interest). When contacted, he declined to pay the penalties and interest or take any accountability. We do not recommend his services and will not use them in the future.

Jennie and the Bergerson Tax Team are wonderful! All the way from the kind and helpful introduction by the person I spoke with to set up tax services to working with Jennie! My dad recommended Bergerson Tax Services to me a few years ago, and I have used their services every year since! Jennie always responds in a timely fashion, is very polite and helpful throughout the whole process!
