My husband and I have had our income taxes prepared by this business for years. They used to have an office in Modesto. But they moved the office twice and then closed it altogether. We then had to drive to Turlock which is over 20 miles away for us. I feel loyalty like that should be rewarded not exploited. We've always paid about the same amount each year to have our income taxes done with the occasional increase.
