Beware - Berger Allied makes you check that their employees have delivered all your belongings vs. them being responsible to monitor that their employees have delivered everything. When they pack items they may pack multiple items in one box but only write a very brief cryptic description of what is in that box. You do not have the opportunity to ensure that everything is loaded and you are supposed to check off from their cryptic list that you received everything. Very disappointed with the Phoenix, Arizona branch known as (Berger) Allied Van Lines, especially Antonio Fabrizi, Relocation Manager, and Ryanne O’Connor, Coordinator, whom I contracted with to move me across country from Phoenix to Central Florida, January 23, 2026. Once I signed the contract all the details as discussed & agreed upon with Antonio were changed. I have had a great experience with Berger Allied Moving & Storage. Working with Antonio Fabrizi my relocation consultant has taken all the uncertainty and worry out of selecting a moving company. It is rare to meet one who is so knowledgeable about his industry, and line of business. The movers were on-time, careful, immensely hard workers, and thorough. I look forward to the receipt of my furniture and furnishings and will update my post then.
A great company with a lot of experienced and caring people
These guys were the most unprofessional Packers/movers I could ever imagine. I had to almost remove one of them from my house for his bad attitude. Seven at eight of them look like they still had 1 foot in prison and they acted accordingly to make matters worse. I got my shipment over 10 days later than was promised. When I finally did get my shipment many damage items were received. They even packed used cooking oil that was being stored in a plastic container without a top that could be secured so when it was received at m... read more
