I had a very poor interstate move experience through Allied/Berger. During the sales process, I was promised a largely hands-off experience. That is not what happened. Nothing about this move was hands-off. I had to stay on top of the process constantly, and meaningful communication did not happen until it was already too late to plan properly. Bill Watson was great. The driver, Jamie was downright rude, disrespectful, intimidating and was angry at me - he said I had too many boxes. What??? I had Bill at my place twice to look at all the items I was moving. He came a day early…to get a head start on packing my pictures. Then he proceeded to put labels on the boxes I had packed…interrupting me continually so I didn’t get all of my packing completed.
