My neighbors used your company, and you guys kept blocking my driveway completely and the street with your cars.When asked repeatedly not to block my driveway, I was given attitude from the movers. Not professional, not respectful. They did not care that I was being inconvenienced when I had places I needed to go, and I should have the ability to get back into my driveway without issue. If and when I move I won't be using this company.

Overall a very good experience. Cross country move arrived right on time and Berger's coordinator (Roianne) was fantastic---she stayed on top of every detail and was always available when needed. Norm Mason

I have used Berger for 3 moves. The one in Chicago was great, packed me, moved me into storage here in Arizona. So I thought I sure I will use them to move into my apartment in the city. The communication was terrible with the office. Then while moving one of the elevators broke down and the guy (mover) managing the elevator was so HIGH, he didn't realize 3 of my boxes were on the elevator at the time. Do not move anything with this company! Did a cross country move a couple of months ago, and boxes are missing, probably because they had several moves in one truck, and items were delivered to the wrong destination. The claims department is not helpful at all, and will waste months of your time just to tell you there's nothing they can do.
