Craig, Summer and the Tampa crew as well as the Memphis crew did an exceptional job loading and unloading our belongings. The auto transport company did a phenomenal job as well, the transport driver was in contact with us informing us when he planned on being at our new home with our collector car. The Moving crew did their job There will be no further review until the glass in my large curio cabinet is replaced and fully paid for. Not looking forward to the hoops I’ll need to jump through to get it done
Move not complete yet. Supposed to have an auto transport company pick up our vehicle, so far 3 companies have contacted us then dumped us claiming they can’t haul the car, or they can’t get here before we leave permanently; told us “Just leave the car in the driveway with the keys in it, OVERNIGHT” Not happy with Berger’s LACK of communication No one answered the phone Thursday or Friday Nor did they call back. We have no idea if we’re moving on Monday or if our collector car will be moving with us 🤬🤬🤬🤬
I did not have good experience and do not recommend Berger Allied Moving in Tampa. My experience was broken objects and poor response. Everyone was nice before I signed the papers. They explained everything and emphasized their included insurance. I was moving very few pieces of furniture so it was mini move. They have a minimum move amount so, in my opinion, I paid more than the objects themselves would have demanded. It’s been a positive experience. Lillian the coordinator has been with us every step of the way . When things become a little bit complicated she had a way to make us feel relaxed and she took care of the complications. And Jeff , the consultant, had no drama approach . Overall the move has been quick and smooth. Thank you guys for everything!
