EDIT: removed some unnecessary details. TL;DR: someone stole our PS5 and Switch and the company refuses to take responsibility. We contacted Allied in February 2025 to get a quote for a cross-country move in July 2025. Our move coordinator followed up with us fairly frequently, especially in the month before the move. However, (and this is important) she never followed up regarding a "High Value Items Inventory" sheet and whether we wanted to fill one out. The day of the move, mover showed up on time.
