My father is there. Glad he's still listed for other facilities. He's getting ROBBED. Paying too much for services provided. Food is AWFUL. Programs are severely lacking. AVOID.
Unfortunately staff turnover in the memory care is high. Residents need consistency as routine is important. Very disappointing Edit: Very happy to have my dad out of there. Looking back I can see how tragic the circumstances were..very sad.
Tired of the manager Rachel bullying my family member.
Horrible management. Belittles employees in front of staff and residents. Play on favorites what is not ok for some is OK for others. Constantly nit picking the ones they dont like. Management could use some training on how to treat employees. A positive work environment makes employees want to do their best and go above and beyond. Staff scared to go to HR because of the office gossip and losing their job.
Nice building but filled with tons of fake people who appear to be nice but behind closed doors gossip. The seniors are the only nice thing to the place. Other than that they will fire you without any reason.
