Bergen Gardens has a wonderful memory care facility. The staff are caring and go above and beyond to ensure residents needs are taken care of. The memory care cottages have plenty of natural sunlight and the decor is exceptional. My Mom is enjoying her new home and we are pleased with the care she is receiving.
My father is there. Glad he's still listed for other facilities. Paying too much for services provided. Food is AWFUL. Programs are severely lacking. AVOID.

Unfortunately staff turnover in the memory care is high. Residents need consistency as routine is important. Very disappointing Edit: Very happy to have my dad out of there. Looking back I can see how tragic the circumstances were..very sad.
