Have nothing positive to say about my experience with this company. They don't care about small business. We were not told about our CPA leaving the company and then we were completely forgotten about as clients. Questions were met with long response times and frequently answered with an email less than a sentence long.
Polite and professional, BerganKDV has made the difficult process of paying taxes simple and stress-free. The experts at this firm take time to explain and discuss questions and laws that affect your business and personal accounts. I highly recommend them!
I would not recommend this firm, particularly if you are using Quickbooks online, you would probably be ok if using QB desktop version. I am trying to move our bookkeeping services to another firm, and some of the passwords seem to be having trouble etc. I'll just say that thus far it hasn't been a smooth transfer out of here.
