The firm has a very opaque billing policy. I asked Jackie Berg about her fees and she didn’t give me many details. She certainly didn’t mention that she charges $350 dollars an hour. The firm sent me an email that wasn’t clearly marked but nothing confirmed by me that I was aware of the pricing and never actually agreed to pay her that much. I would think someone who makes that amount would have some real world advice or experience but she couldn’t or wouldn’t even offer advice as how to be a guardian or help her client get ... read more
