Terribly disappointed with this company. We paid for photos over 4 months ago and have yet to hear back from them, despite multiple attempts requesting an update. We were originally very excited about working with them as the photo shoot went very well and our daughter had a great time. We had every intention of using them again in the future but now I feel like this company lacks professionalism and that we have been scammed out of our payment.
