Great team and beautiful building!
The administrators are knowledgeable and attentive. The physical therapists are skilled. And, the nursing staff are kind and experienced in a lot of situations. Overall, Berea is an exceptional, newer facility!
I had a loved one at Brea and they put him out because he was wondering. I told the nurse something was wrong. Nothing was checked I went to visit was told he had to leave. That meant the nurse (s) on duty was not watching the residents. Two days later I took him to urgent care. He had UTI that was not caught at Brea very unhappy left msgs no one called me back & it’s been 6 months now
Excellent care across the board! Nursing and therapy has great teamwork. Administrator is easily accessible to answer and questions. My loved one came home strong and more independent. Highly recommend!
Berea took care of my elderly father with dementia. They made the process there and his after care so easy, and took care of everything. I couldn’t be more happy with the care there. Thank you for everything!
