My husband is there presently and can be difficult to handle sometimes. The caretakers there have been so good with him, and I am very pleased he is there at Berea.
The current staff and administration team seek to provide great service to the residents and family members who speak on behalf of the residents. Anytime a concern has been brought to their attention by us regarding any department at the facility, they have addressed them in a very prompt manner with positive results. I would love to see them get to a place of less staff turnover as it relates to nurses and aides, but I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge that it has improved recently compared to previous years. I cannot express in words how extremely pleased I have been with Berea Health and Rehab! Each and every person I spoke with has been very helpful, competent, and caring. Over the years I have visited many convalescent/nursing homes and this has been the best - by far - of any facility I have seen. My parents have been so lovingly cared for, and have been treated so nicely.
