This is by far the worst and most unprofessional bus office I've ever dealt with. My kids bus is late alot. Most of the time we get no call so my kids miss school like this morning. Called in this morning and the supervisor for Northwest middle bus route 431 was so extremely rude. He would not hardly let me speak and wanted to argue with me before even listening. Something needs to be done with this supervisor because this is not our first run in this year.

They really need to do something with this place and driver. Have nothing but issues. Call and call. Even talk to a supervisor multiple times and yet still issues and issues it seems.

Supervisor tried to argue and say the bus stop was never where it used to be a few years ago. I was never informed of a bus stop change. It is now in an unsafe location for my child and nowhere near our end of the street. Has to walk through unsafe areas where cops are always called to. But stops can’t be made even though they pass by the other end of the street to get there to make it safe for the kids on this end.

Supervisors r very rude and disrespectful. They don't care about the students or their safety.
