This attorney is not accountable, and she is a crook. She provided mediation services for us nearly 4 months ago, will not produce the report, and will not respond to multiple (as in 7-8) emails requesting final invoice and refund of our remaining retainer. She did send one message stating that she was having "personal problems," and we haven't heard from her since. She is now being investigated by the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel and the Better Business Bureau.

Elissa is amazing! Sadly, I've had a few different attorneys since it seems like something is always coming up and Elissa has been the best, she'll listen and advise, but also push back on me when she feels like I'm being unreasonable, and alternatively she'll push back on me if she feels like I'm giving in too easily. It's a great balance. I highly recommend Elissa and Andrea!

Elissa is a great attorney, who works tirelessly (yes, nights and weekends sometimes) to get things done. I felt very confident with her on my side despite a formidable opponent representing my ex wife. She is also quite diligent when it comes to billable hours.
