I live here. Love the house it only has one issue, I chose it because the land behind it will never be built on but there is a steel fence preventing me from enjoying the view. So far to date any suggestions I make to remedy the situation fall on the boards deaf ears. I wish I was told about the boards determination to never listen to residents prior to buying in. At least I would not feel like I was tricked. People like to know that they're heard. I don't feel that the board want to hear me.
Clean quiet retirement village located within walking distance or 2 minute drive from the city of Mansfield. Streets and houses are well maintained.
