Stopped in on the way back to downtown from Coler. I had never been in the store, but I needed some air in my rear tire. I stopped in and they jumped right on helping me out. The set the pressure, and asked if they could do anything else while I was there. The employee that helped me wouldn't accept any payment and gave me a great recommendation for lunch. (Danger Dave's) I will definitely check them out in the future when I need bike stuff.
Very helpful and accommodating! Was in town for a bike trip and part of my crank came loose while riding. Staff here not only helped tighten it, but came out to my car to do it too and save time. Couldn’t have been more welcoming!

Bentonville Bicycle Company is the poster child for what a local bike shop should be. Super knowledgeable, friendly, incredibly helpful. They exceeded expectations at every turn. I can't recommend them highly enough.
