Amazing experience! My husband and I went in wanting to buy two bikes and they were so helpful! Super chill vibe and super nice people that helped us with our purchases! Highly recommend them!

Friendly and accommodating staff helped us multiple times during a visit to Bentonville. Kyle went above and beyond to get my bike back to smooth shifting after some issues I had from riding in the rain and mud, and was extremely patient. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a shop that carries it all and offers great service with no pretense.
Went in for service, polite and quick service for a minor repair
Bentonville Bicycle Company deserves a standing ovation (or at least a wheelie). They set my wife up with the perfect small e-MTB so she could dive into the Bentonville trails. She had an absolute blast—even with the “souvenirs” of a few bumps and bruises from learning the ropes. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, professional, or courteous. If you want to experience the joy of mountain biking in the MTB capital, this is the shop to start with.
