I brought my Pivot Trail 429 in looking for help to order new linkage and bolts, with the possibility of helping me find suspension and manage the work. From the start, it was clear that suspension expertise was lacking. Seemed like a good shop to start with, big inventory alot of accessories and clothing for sale, but their service work is terrible, their communication is terrible. Was in 4x to tell them the same thing show video of problems with the bike and they had 3 people working on it on different days. Was called to come pick it up, got to the shop and it was on the stand tore apart working on a problem they told me they already fixed. They dont know even know how to properly install cushcore. this place is amazing, they helped me assemble my road bike from my travel box for a lot cheaper than anywhere else was quoting me. AMAZING service, very friendly staff, quick turnaround time and they even threw in some free things. Will 100% be going here again should my bike run into any issues.
My husband and I were out riding when my husband’s tire was going flat, nearly had to end our day out riding, when on a whim we decided to stop by this bike store. Ran into a really great guy who worked there named Freddie. He dropped what he was doing, came right outside and quickly replaced my husband’s valve core stem and got the tire all fixed in a matter of minutes! Even helped load up the bike on the truck for us.
