I am behind on my taxes due to dealing with domestic violence, and getting back on my feet from being homeless. I called about my situation, and rather than just tell me up front, the preparer was just given my ph# without any of the additional information I had previously provided. When she called back, she couldn't get me off the phone fast enough and interrupted me rudely.
