I would give zero stars if possible. This lady took all of my boyfriend’s documents and his money and never filed any of his taxes. She was difficult to get ahold of, wouldn’t return his paperwork when asked for it and drug out his filing over a period of several months where he paid her but no work was done. Not only would I not recommend her, but I will be reporting her to the better business bureau for fraud.
if i could give 0 stars i would. don’t think they know to much about taxes, didn’t get my full refund. i’m disappointed. will not be returning.
