If I could give this place zero stars I would. Yall allowed an agency CNA to loose her life from a patient by being stabbed in her neck. It’s no place on the news making headlines and no one is taking accountability for what happened to her. She was a hard worker and MOTHER. Her children have you to spend Easter and all the other holidays without her. Knowing her and working beside her this broke my heart. Why are you covering up murder?

The pros: Tasha! I love that this facility is one story, has large rooms and bathrooms, has a lot of great outdoor spaces and is easy to navigate around. Many of the front line staff are nice and truly care about the residents. The negatives: Sadly, there's a revolving door especially among leadership positions. They lack weekend staffing esp at a management level. Communication is poor and issues aren't communicated or resolved in a timely way. The Addison of West Ashley is hands down one of my favorite Assisted Living communities in Charleston for many reasons. First, the building is uniquely designed and has a great location. The residents are always participating in an activity or enjoying a performance and seem very happy. The Sales Director, Tasha Williams, is passionate about seniors.
