I would highly recommend this facility… Clean? Comfortable and safe…I was pleasantly greeted and welcome in the most professional manner . They offered services allow no room for worry… they cover everything you would possibly need…I feel confident leaving spouse in their care. The function of this facility is awsome!

The Addison of West Ashley is a well run, comfortable and clean facility. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. There are a variety of activities to keep residents engaged and to promote socialization.

We placed our mother here when it was The Benton House four years ago it was great, it has since changed names to The Addison West Ashley as of 2025. Since The Addison took over it went down hill, my moms money and phone got stolen and they have over charged our bank account for 4 months starting in March until my mom passed in July totaling over Four Thousand Dollars. We were told it would be put back in our account and have not seen it as of yet and its November 2025 We were also told that other residents were overcharged ... read more

We visited 5 assisted living communities in our area and decided on The Addison of West Ashley. Why? When you enter the front door, there is great music and friendly faces! Staff and residents greet you with a smile and a “hello”! The atmosphere is welcoming, tidy and decorated for the season or the theme of an activity/event. The apartments work with lighting and spacious for your personal furnishings, to make it your loved one’s new home. It’s all on one level! No elevators! We had a great experience in our tour with Tasha. She was very knowledgeable and informative about all aspects of The Addison. She answered all our questions. We were impressed.
