We had a great experience in our tour with Tasha. She was very knowledgeable and informative about all aspects of The Addison. She answered all our questions. We were impressed.
I placed my husband with Alzheimer's at the Addison West Ashley. The administration there is basically incompetent, there is no supervision on who enters or leaves the facility. There is supposed to be a manager on duty at all times, but on weekends the “ manager” was often the chef (!) not visible in the facility, of course. Other “managers” were supposed to be there….where were they? I was looking for them, office was locked and closed.
