Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Having seen memory care units at other facilities I was terrified to even take a tour of Magnolia Trails Memory Care unit at The Addison of Florence. Even though I knew my mother-in-law needed memory care services I still thought we could make Assisted Living work for her. April was extremely tuned in to my needs and my fears and was patient. I enjoy the new management team, I think change is good. Some people just stuck in their ways but honestly.Benton house did not have structure and this new company is setting standards.
