This is a great service, but it is unfortunately underfunded. The director, Barbara Otte, is a very hardworking and caring person.
Refuses to return calls in regards to assault on a minor from stepdad, drugs given to children, coercion and threats. Will not assist males with low income. Refuses to call back or set appointments with persons with disabilities.
