A hidden gem local bar in town. The patio area is very nice and relaxing. They have a variety of drinks you can order. The price here is very friendly for students and locals. The staff here are very nice and friendly. Nice place!!!
Great pub, when you visit Champaign-Urbana, this is definitely one of the spots you have to go to! Loved the multible references to pop culture. They have a very unique drink they are well known for, too. Would definitely say it can be a great sociable place. However, the reason why this didn't get a full 5-star review was because of an experience I had with a person the bartender said was a regular. The door man, Gabriel, wouldn't let my 77 year old mother into the bar because she didn't have her ID on her. He spoke to her so rudely and disrespectfully. Because of him I won't ever spend another dollar in this place. And will be sure to urge others to go elsewhere.
Great little pub- not crazy busy and not blasting music. The drinks were great- affordable, creative, and tasty.
