We were recommended to use Bentley for 2025 taxes and the frustration we had with them was over the top. I would leave multiple messages requesting a call back from the accountant as the April 15th deadline was FAST approaching. Never a return call! Then after multiple more calls I was told “We filed an extension for you” WHAT??? NO - they had our file more than a month before the deadline! This was my first experience with Bentley Tax & Accounting (2025) and you should not waste your time and money with them. As a new client they could not see me in person so I had to drop off my paperwork and then hope for the best. The tax preparation took several weeks and when it was finally ready I had some questions.
