This business is a joke with horrible customer service. Took my taxes and A time sensitive letter that needed to be completed on time and notified the front desk of this which she said I will let the accountant know that. Called five days later and nothing at all done to my taxes. Answer was oh she the accountant needs more info, which they did not call and ask for but when I called then wanted more info. Delivered my 2022 Tax information at Bentley's Tax Service a couple of days late. Office personal advised me that all tax request's left at this time would be getting an extension. During the next several months I inquired Re: my Tax return, each time I was advised that they were 'running behind". In early Oct. I was advised that my return could be picked up. In late Nov.
