We have been using Bentley for years! And we have no complaints. Chris communicates very well and gets our taxes done in a timely manner. I understand how busy they are during tax season, but they get things done!
We were recommended to use Bentley for 2025 taxes and the frustration we had with them was over the top. I would leave multiple messages requesting a call back from the accountant as the April 15th deadline was FAST approaching. Never a return call! Then after multiple more calls I was told “We filed an extension for you” WHAT??? NO - they had our file more than a month before the deadline!
