This was my first experience with Bentley Tax & Accounting (2025) and you should not waste your time and money with them. As a new client they could not see me in person so I had to drop off my paperwork and then hope for the best. The tax preparation took several weeks and when it was finally ready I had some questions. Bentley Tax and Accounting are true professionals! They have helped me with taxes and bookkeeping! I am forever grateful for their help, patience and understanding of all my questions! If you need any help with taxes or bookkeeping, these are the ones you should reach out to! I would not go anywhere else!
This business is a joke with horrible customer service. Took my taxes and A time sensitive letter that needed to be completed on time and notified the front desk of this which she said I will let the accountant know that. Called five days later and nothing at all done to my taxes. Answer was oh she the accountant needs more info, which they did not call and ask for but when I called then wanted more info.
