The only way I could get a comment on current publishers was doing it this way since Google maps doesn't have specific ways to contact! This is not for Bentley publishers I don't know who they are I'm only using this because I am in Massachusetts as well! But I will share this, I've been an author for some years, and this will blow you away, I have never received any royalty checks from any of the publishers that represented me!
