Please be VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS LAWYER. He is so fast and intense and he asked for a retainer before really talking about everything. I interviewed many lawyers as I have a very complex issue with a landlord tenant negligence etc. And he seemed to only care about his 5k retainer. I had to call a lot of lawyers today cause he would not call me back after I gave him 250$ just to consult before giving him the entire 5k.
