I had an amazing experience with Keelan at the Springbank office with Bentley Hearing Services! She was incredibly professional, friendly, and made the entire ear wax removal process comfortable and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, was very gentle, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. The results were immediate and I left feeling so much better afterward. Highly recommend Keelan to anyone looking for excellent care and service! Side note: The receptionist was also fantastic :)

My daughter had to get her hearing tested for school, we went here and the service was astonishing! My daughter loved the hearing test, it was very kid friendly. We went before Thanksgiving and left with a free pie. Christmas time they sent her a card as well as her Birthday offering her a gift. I couldn’t be happier with the friendliness and care from them.
