Easy to rent… just do it online. They made sure we were charged and ready to go and although we weren’t able to work it out, I love the idea of the early pick up they offer! We enjoyed having the bikes for 1/2 a day, exploring the trail, stopping to walk and play in the creek, it allowed us to do so much more in our short time in Golden.
Outstanding customer service. Nathan took a lot of time with us explaining e-bikes. Really appreciated the knowledge. Rob also is a businessman with integrity.
