I cannot speak highly enough of the care and personal attention given by Dana and the staff here. Dana spent several hours showing me different models and letting me ride them. When I picked up the bike he spent a couple more hours riding with me and tweaking everything so that I would be completely satisfied. His mechanic Ramiro made it happen by swapping out handlebars and installing accessories.
