I cannot speak highly enough of the integrity of this company. I purchased a vegetable steamer from the website expecting to receive what the picture showed. Unfortunately it was a different steamer, I contacted the office and they were most apologetic. They have refunded my initial purchase and allowed me to retain the steamer as gift. I am so appreciative of finding an online retailer who is willing to admit a mistake and takes immediate action to correct it. Well done! And Thankyou for your honesty and integrity!
I grabbed most of my Christmas presents from here this year and honestly, it made shopping stupidly easy. The range is massive, there’s something for literally every age, every style, every personality. You can walk in clueless and still come out looking like the world’s most organised gift-giver. I’ve just attended a fantastic workshop on Annie Sloan chalk paint facilitated by Donna. She was great - fabulous communicator and explained everything in such an easy manner. I leant heaps and had great fun as well! I’m now even more inspired to tackle all sorts of painting at home. No stopping me now Highly recommended
The (table) service was great. Friendly staff. The Salmon Benedict was absolutely delicious. Great coffee made as I asked.
What a delightful store and Wendy was so lovely and helpful giving us a brochure on the area. Well worth stopping in and taking a look around.
