SUPERB!! If you love organized class setting-style workouts - this is the place!! Very, very clean and secure. The instructors and the owner are phenomenal. I’ve never had any issues and they have all been kind and welcoming. I’m new to the area and am so happy to have found this place!
I cannot say enough positive things about this place! From the quality of the facilities and equipment, the wonderful staff and instructors, and the atmosphere are all 10/10. I go to group exercise classes regularly and Bent on Healthy is my absolute favorite! Their prices are also extremely fair for the quality of the classes. I haven’t had a chance to try out their other services but I plan to very soon. ❤️
Cool atmosphere. Fun classes. Friendly staff. Awesome owners. As part-timers, my teen daughter & I are so glad we found a space to keep our healthy lifestyle going while on the island. Thank you, Renae & Team!!!
I took several classes here while in town on vacation, and I absolutely loved this place! It’s adorable, clean, the people are SO nice, and the workouts were awesome!
I so thoroughly enjoyed the yoga on the beach.. it is seasonal, but completely worth it to attend when available. Jen was wonderful, the practice itself was fantastic, and can't get a better location for yoga than the beach!! Thank you, Jen and Renae for helping me enjoy my vacation and do a bit of psyche healing.
