Delivery personnel could have been more careful
Good delivery, men friendly and courteous.
The gentleman who served us struck the perfect balance between help and support and allowing us to go about our decision making freely. He gave us information and advice as well as showing and using the mattress firmness machine to know what firmness we required. He then showed us a range of mattresses at different prices to guide us and allowed us to make a decision without being pushy.
