I was disappointed with my experience. The lawyer did not follow through on promises, including failing to call when he said he would and not delivering the results he initially projected regarding my child support case. Communication was inconsistent, which added to my frustration. I hope they improve in providing clear updates and realistic expectations to future clients.
I have worked with Joe on several family law matters and he is very knowledgeable and offers good insight on how to get the result that is best for the situation. He stuck with my family for over 3 years through a very difficult and complex case. He and his wife are compassionate and understanding and down to earth people.
