Great lawyers! Very nice receptionist at their office, she's also knowledgeable when you have questions needing answered asap! Great with evictions from rentals we own and collecting $$$ from those evictions! Yes.... they keep a good portion of the collection, but they do all the work, in my eyes a little more than half in our pockets is better than a big fat 0. Use them, you wont regret!!! Any other reviews that may be bad, well... odds are the review is false.
We had seen Nick Benson for a family case and all seemed to be well. Until we recieved a letter from his office two days away from our court date saying we had substantial criminal history and couldnt represent us. We had no such criminal history. He claimed it was his secretary who had made the mistake, we later found out that he was working for the other team and had misrepresented himself so we wouldnt have an attorney. We ended up representing ourselves.
