This is a brilliant company with brilliant staff. I had serious anchor winch problems that I had no luck resolving untill I found Benson and Brown. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
My experience with B&B has been very poor. After communicating with B&B for many months for them to design and install a Lithium/Solar system for my new boat they have delivered nothing. My boat has been in the yard for several weeks now and B&B no longer answer phone calls or emails. I am now trying to engage another supplier but I have lost lots of time and money. I do not recommend them.
rang stephen fowler, ask to review an electrical issue. said he would get back to me . didn’t. rang the office said they would get back to me . didn’t. tried four times . no return call. i have moved on to a new supplier. i wouldn’t recommend them the customer service is very poor.
