I posted in a local Facebook group that I needed an AC flush and Jay responded first with his info. They never charge to come out and have first responder discounts. They came out right away upon contact and was beyond affordable. The previous large local company I was using kept sending a crook charging more than $350 every time and never fully got the job done. I had an emergency AC situation last weekend which was Easter. Within 5 minutes of leaving a message, I was immediately called back and a technician was at my house within two hours. The situation was quickly diagnosed, and despite me pushing for it, they wouldn’t “let” me spend money that would have been immediately wasted (coolant fluid was rapidly leaking, I asked to replace it, and was informed it was leaking too much, it would have been a waste!). Jay is the real deal here and a true pro at AC repair. His knowledge of Trane is impressive. I had two techs come today from two different companies and claim the compressor was bad and to buy a new AC. Something just didn't sit right in my gut and I didn't believe that to be true, so for a third opinion I contacted Benson & Benson, Because of their in depth knowledge of Trane, Jay was able to immediately diagnose the problem with me on the phone, make a simple low cost repair and the AC is running beautifully again. A+++
