I had an emergency AC situation last weekend which was Easter. Within 5 minutes of leaving a message, I was immediately called back and a technician was at my house within two hours. The situation was quickly diagnosed, and despite me pushing for it, they wouldn’t “let” me spend money that would have been immediately wasted (coolant fluid was rapidly leaking, I asked to replace it, and was informed it was leaking too much, it would have been a waste!). Jay is the real deal here and a true pro at AC repair. His knowledge of Trane is impressive. I had two techs come today from two different companies and claim the compressor was bad and to buy a new AC. Something just didn't sit right in my gut and I didn't believe that to be true, so for a third opinion I contacted Benson & Benson, Because of their in depth knowledge of Trane, Jay was able to immediately diagnose the problem with me on the phone, make a simple low cost repair and the AC is running beautifully again. A+++

We are very pleased with Benson and Benson Air Conditioning. Our A/C unit went out in November. They came out and inspected and found: 1. It was improperly installed 2. Rust literally was holding it together. We had them install a new AC Unit and also add a Nest Thermostat. They are very trustworthy as we had an emergency and had to leave during the installation. Later we had a few issues with condensation and they came out and fixed and resolved the issues. They also they have excellent communication and are always on time.... read more
