Bait and switch. I signed up with them to haul my car from CA to MN. Car was disabled. They forst said they can do it for $2000, then said they found someone for $2295. They sent me a picture of the trailer and asked for contract and deposit. I requested driver's info before giving them a deposit. At first they didn't want to give it to me, then they did. The first broker set a pickup date three times and cancelled with excuses such as “driver was delayed” and “truck broke down” an hour before scheduled pickup.
