This man is all about the money. Asked him to go talk to his clien ( which is in prison) because no one knows his story like he does...Bensing said he would....NEVER TALKED TO HIS CLIENT. Bensing was supposed to talk to the witnesses..NEVER DID THAT. If you have money you want to waste then THIS IS YOUR GUY.
One of the worst attorneys. We constantly had to pay, pay, pay. Never heard from the attorney on what was going on, did not keep in contact nor did he keep us updated. Changes was made to our case that he did keep us aware of nor did he keep a relationship with his client. Just kept collecting money without keeping in contact. Billed for services not received. Only good for if you want to waste your money and lose your case.
