Great Service, kept in touch and went above and beyond expectations.
AVOID I will never use Ben's Gutters again. The work was completed the guy who carried out was great, polite. In the following 3 days I was phoned every day and harassed for payment. The man in the phone was rude, unhelpful and hung up on me. After I made payment on the 3rd day after the job was completed I rang back to ask about how their complaints procedure, he told me they didn't have one, that he'd wasted enough time on me and hung up on me again. Disgusting customer service and completely over priced.

Unfortunately I should have done more research on the company. A workman had told me my gutters has not been cleaned after I'd paid £197 to have them done just days before. Spoke twice on the phone saying they will sort them out. Messaged, sent photos they requested. Emailed and absolutely nothing. Was hoping to have someone do the gutters regularly. Such a shame when people cannot be trusted. Very disappointed 😞
